At Chengdu Chihalo Technology Co., Ltd. (“Chihalo Laser”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and obtaining a refund.

Return Eligibility

  1. Time Frame: To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.
  2. Condition: The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, damage, or is not in its original condition.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at dawn@chihalo.com or WhatsApp at +86 18608325040. Provide your order number, details of the product, and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Shipping the Product: Pack the product securely and include the RAN and proof of purchase. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

  1. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Refund Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  3. Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at dawn@chihalo.com or WhatsApp at +86 18608325040 for further assistance.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that are not due to our error or defective products. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
